Due to the immense response and feedback to our Anxiety and Stress Management Session we will be holding various events around the region.
Our aim is to help at least 1000 people within the next 12 months, 1000 people reduce stress, anxiety and become healthier and happier for Life!

"The Power of the Breath"
Anxiety and Stress Management Workshop - £30 for full workshop
Stress and Anxiety Education Only - £20 (seated on chairs, please feel free to return at 1pm for a cuppa and a chat)
This workshop is for anyone who wants to de-stress and learn how we can harness "The Power of the Breath" to find peace in this hectic world we live in, peace in our own busy minds. The breath that is in everyone of us, the lifeforce that is our essence, this most precious gift that costs us nothing but is more powerful that everything.
We will begin with education about the nervous system. Learning how stress and anxiety affect the brain and body. This knowledge and awareness helps us to notice what is good and not so good in our lives. When we know what is wrong we can find a solution so much easier.
You will practice some breathing techniques that can be used to quickly settle the mind so you can experience for yourself how these practices facilitate a calm and peaceful feeling.
The physical practice will help bring the body into a “state of awareness through the Power of the Breath'
Finally, you will be treated to a fabulous breathing meditation, confirming the "Power of the Breath".
There will be drinks and nibbles afterwards. It would be great to hear how the practice went for you so please stay for a chat and a cuppa if you can.
